RT&L S.p.A. (“RT&L” or the “Company”), the parent company of the RT&L Group, which operates in global logistics services with a strong presence in strategic markets and a broad range of integrated solutions in the freight forwarding and customs brokerage sectors, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan segment of Borsa Italiana, announces that on April 14, 2026, it will participate in the Integrae SIM Roadshow in Frankfurt, an initiative organized by Integrae SIM S.p.A. in collaboration with CF&B Communication and dedicated to meetings with German institutional investors.
RT&L will be represented by Eleonora Bonifazio, Investor Relations Manager, who will meet with selected investors with the aim of enhancing the Company’s international visibility and initiating a process to establish a presence on Germany’s leading financial market.
The event, which will take place at the JW Marriott Hotel Frankfurt, is part of a professional networking initiative with the local financial community. The initiative aims to foster dialogue between international investors and high-growth Italian SMEs listed on Euronext Growth Milan, as well as to create opportunities for expansion in the German market.
